agree to the terms provided below:
After joining you can start promoting
our websites. This will be done with own judgement and without any
restrictions. Under no circumstance will this constitute an
employment contract. Both parties can end the cooperation at any
time without clarifying reasons.
Every month a non-line credit invoice will be created. The payment
will be made 2-15 days after the invoice is made to the account number
you have provided us. You are responsible for notifying your tax and
possibly other authorities of these earnings.
You need to take care that we always have the correct and complete
address and bank account information. We can’t pay if we don’t
posses the right information. After loggin on you can change your
information yourself. When in doubt we may ask for a copy of your
identification or a chamber of commerce registration. These need to
be in our possession 1 week after we ask for it.
Spamming is strictly prohibited. That means no email spam, no IRC spam, no chatroom spam, no spam of any kind. If you spam, your account will be terminated and you will not be paid. ExtasyCams reserves the right to take legal action to recover costs and damages caused by spamming.
You may not advertise our sites in any way which infringes applicable copyright or violates applicable trademarks.
You may not mislead the surfer as to the content of the sites.
All clicks to our site must be the result of a surfer voluntarily clicking on a link on a webpage.
You may only sign up once with ExtasyCams.
We do not pay for traffic from sites with underage models or which promote underage models. One implication of this is that you cannot advertise EstasyCams on sites that reference 'Lolita' anywhere, including the domain name.
You may not generate clicks or signups in an artificial manner, or enter into conspiracies to do so.
You understand and agree that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to make you an agent, employee or partner of EstasyCams. You are an independent contractor, and neither you nor EstasyCams has the authority to bind or make representations on behalf of the other.
You must be 18 or older to become a reseller.
The act of signing up with this program indicates agreement by you to these terms and conditions.
You may *not*, by thought word or deed, encourage, assist or instruct any surfer to cancel their membership. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination without pay.
You may use any linking text or graphic you wish to send traffic. We provide banners that you can use, and you may also use any link or banner of your own devising.
If we notice breaking of the generally accepted rules we reserve the
right to end the cooperation immediately and remove you from our
site directly. If you get blocked/removed by us this is because you
willfully and on a recurring basis broke the rules. At this stage we
will stop all pending payments with no exceptions.
We want our systems to function optimally. ExtasyCams will not be
held liable for any damages that might occur, in whatever shape or
form, through technical glitches or wrongdoing.
The ExtasyCams system consists of a few sites. These sites can be
exploited in cooperation with third parties. The webmasters earnings are
the same for all our websites.
Please understand that your failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of all monies owed by us to you. Our say is final on the matter. You agree to defend and indemnify EstasyCams for any liability, litigation or claims made as a result of a violation of any of the above rules. In the event that you unknowingly violate any of the above rules, ExtasyCams, at its discretion, may give you the opportunity to correct the violation, although we reserve the right not to pay you for any traffic sent in violation of these rules.
After signing up, you will receive by email a contract that must be
printed, filled, signed and uploaded to 'Your Documents' section on your control panel before your account will become active.
The contract specifies full conditions, legal obligations and payout rates so
any misunderstanding can be avoided.
